Nov 28, 2013 · The CrashPlan app doesn't work on my AT&T Galaxy S5. Files cannot be downloaded. The Google Play store shows a bunch of reviews since October having the same issue. I thought is was possible that CrashPlan needs to address the recent Android update 5.1.1. However, CrashPlan doesn't work on my old Verizon 4.1.2.
