Ray's responses are quick (he probably got back to you pronto!), his prices are among the best (he's not the lowest every time, but he's beaten the last four quotes I've received elsewhere), and the service is outstanding, albeit in a less personal format.

After I got my confirmation email from Cruise.Com my reservation information and $100 OBC was listed in my cruise line account. Also, I get $150 back when I am done with the cruise. I guess all the bad reviews are one offs. I only saw a total of 190 bad reviews on the internet. Nobody ever posts good reviews.

Oct 03, 2018 · Prior to our cruise, I had heard a lot of complaints about slow service in the MDR but we never experienced it, despite being on a full ship during the Easter Week cruise. Maybe we were early enough eaters (usually 6:30 or 7pm) to beat the crowds.
