Cruises-n-More is unprofessional, rude and I will never deal with this company again! There were 4 of us that booked a cruise to Hawaii, and 1 of our friends called to cancel ONLY her reservation. The agent we were working with at the time said no problem and understood that it was just HER that was canceling only her reservation.

Sadly "Cruise Critic" removed my posts on this -- they must have thought I was being critical - not sure about the " Cruise Critic " title then .I have tried numerous times to contact Cruises-n More , as this was meant to be a fantastic holiday for our family.It is very frustrating when communication is not available , especially when we are spending so much money.

Cruises-N-More never notified me of this change. The ship offered us $200 in onboard credits because the room was changed. Cruises-N-More didn't even credit our account the money when they made the switch. Cruises-N-More tried to blame the cruise line for the room change, saying it was booked under the wrong promotion.
