The Cruise Critic website is good in many ways but will not accept posts regarding cruise agencies or travel agents. I suppose if they did it would get flooded with them from people trying to get customers. So, asking there will not help as the post will be removed- they are quite diligent about upholding that rule which is in their posting guidelines.
