I will pass on your comments to Cumbrian Cottages. Our regular cleaner is second to none; it may be that we had a stand in, but again may we apologise on their behalf. The upstairs bedroom does have a low ceiling, but we have not had any complaints previously. We hope that, despite the issues you have raised, it did not detract from your stay.9.5/10(22)
