QVC is about as unprofessional as a mail order company can get. It took QVC four days to check their Post Office box for payments. qvc take 5 days to reply, you get the run around on the phone , i.e pass the buck.. i have to keep chasing them.. if i dont get my item, or a refund i shall be contacting my bank to reverse the payment, and leaving this review everywhere i can.. as qvc are not taking responibilty for this order blaming it on silent night..

There are some complaints from 2015 and apparently Samsung will do nothing about all these complaints. So I want to know why Qvc are still selling these Samsung' TVs when they must know of the problems with the screens. Expect more life out of experience large screen TVs so qvc please stop selling this brand.

Overall I wouldn't recommend QVC. They have an outdated business model, but refuse to update their plan. Technology, and retail has changed so much just in the last few years, yet QVC is stuck in it's model from 20 years ago, including their payscale.
