Long time AT&T customer since the launch of the iphone. Paid around $2 0 0 a month for all these years (12 years of service!) Just cancelled service from AT&T on Nov 18, 2019. At&T tells me they have changed their policy and do not allow pro-rating of bills. So now having to pay from Nov 18-Dec 1 when I didn't even have service.

Jul 01, 2016 · AT&T has the absolute worst, pathetic customer service on the planet! We were promised a $100 credit by a rep for some technical errors. Subsequently, the credit did not appear on the next bill. When we called AT&T, they stated they had no record of anyone mentioning the credit.

AT&T has provided us with the worst customer service experience of my life. 9 months now of ongoing phone calls. Each call I was transferred to multiple people and at the end of each I was assured that the issue was resolved. I have never felt so lied to and mistreated as a customer.
