It has now been over a month and numerous emails and phone calls. Cymax and homesquare has awful customer service, and is a complete RIP off. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau about this and thank god I ordered thru Walmart.com who got me my refund on cancelling the order. I will order from a know furniture store.

Mar 19, 2012 · Cymax had the Modus Furniture in stock inventory on their computer. I ordered the bed, they charged my account that day and I have been waiting for the item to arrive. I was given a delivery date of Sept 26-28. On Serpt 29 I called as the ordered showed "in process" on Cymax website, promised a call within 24-48 hours on status.
