I currently live here at 3939 Rosemeade apartments and its honestly a good starter apartment for students or young adults. As far as the parking I have no clue, I don't have a vehicle at the moment but parking is not terrible here in my eyes. My fiance and I are enjoying are stay so far, have no complaints..
