Dan Marc Appliance, Inc. has been to my home at least 10 times since October 8, 2012 to repair my Ice Maker. Every visit actually requires 2 visits: one to diagnose the problem, and one to replace parts. To date (December 3, 2012), they have been unable to repair my Ice Maker.
