I sent back the obsolete faucet, and was charged a 30% restocking fee. I have complained to Decorglamour.com several times with no reply. I incurred additional fees from the plumber and install delays, plus the re-stocking fee. Decorglamour should have been my advocate and forced Aquabrass to cover any "restocking" fee.

This company is a total scam. The one positive review here was written by their staff. Unfortunately I didn't read the actual terrible reviews until after I ordered products from the phony company. They sound legitimate on the phone when ordering. I paid $60 for expedited shipping (2 day) over a week ago and nothing ever arrived.

The company refused to waive the restocking fee. My complaint now is that I have not received a refund check upon return of the ordered item. I paid $256.08 on Sept., **, 2014. The item was shipped to me on Oct. **, 2014. I refused shipment and [redacted] delivered it back to Decor Glamour. Decor Glamour received the return on Oct. [redacted] 2014.
