I wholeheartedly agree with all of the negative things being said about Defender Direct. My husband works for this company and they are ass backwards if you ask me. The pay structure has to be illegal and they do not care about their employees at all. These guys have to get up and be to work at 6:45 am just to find out if they have a job that day.

May 29, 2013 · In Nov. 2012 I learned that my contact with ADT was purchased by Protect Your Home aka Defender Direct. I've received several letters (not invoices) from Defender Direct asking to be reimburse for a Permit Fee. According to Defender Direct the permit fee is charged by my city, municipiality, and state.

Defender Direct is an authorized dealer for ADT. My alarm system was installed in Sept. 2012 by a youngman named Adam who presented himself as an employee of ADT. In Nov. 2012 I learned that my contact with ADT was purchased by Protect Your Home aka Defender Direct. Defender is a place if you need to find a job fast and get paid weekly. Management motto is "it's not my job" which becomes very disheartening on a daily basis.
