The closest one is in Ohio and soon that center will no longer deal with the company. I was told by this service center that it is very difficult to work with Delonghi. have a delonghi dehumidifier that the pump does not work. i took it out and hooked it up directly to 110 and it turned on right away. in the wiring diagram there is a fuse shown in the wire to the pump. i have looked everywhere and cannot find a fuse. does anyone know the location of the fuse? we had some power surges about a month ago and i wonder if that could have blown the fuse.
