Dfs Preston . Like on previous reviews once they have the Money they are not interested. Had the settee 4 weeks and had x2 dfs service managers around to inspect the settee who both admitted the foam in the cushions is not the best and just goes flat . And we have hardly sat on it .

Well they are not they are made overseas and also in Poland crap expensive furniture and the worse customer aftersale i have come across. When i said to Neil i would be putting in complaints and honest reviews on trust pilot and watchdog and wherever else he said go ahead DFS won’t care. So obviously they do not care about customers

Having watched Watchdog's article on the leather sofas that have caused skin problems, I am a bit concerned myself. I have unexplained skin rashes which the Doctor is at a loss to explain (fingal infection) When I look back it is since we have had leather sofas purchased from DFS.
