DFS told the customer that it was the oils in her skin that had caused this to happen and that they would not do anything about it. They sold her a sofa that is not fit for purpose and then lied to her about what is causing the problem to make it seem as if it was the customer who was at fault.

I today November 2019 have paid the full amount to Hitachi finance and there was no £100 from DFS, so I called them and a very unhelpful woman said it was a deposit to DFS and offered no more explanation. so I am out of pocket £100 I will never use DFS again.
