Complained to DFS about the condition of the sofas so they sent someone round to have a look. It works out that someone had left out the rails in the arms so they have to order some in and repair them and also pad the seats out.

All my sofas have been from DFS so I persuaded her to visit. From the moment we went into store we were made to feel welcome without the overbearing sales pitch she gets from other stores. The sales person was so patient, always asked if he could suggest sofas rather than pushing a particular one.

I received excellent customer service from the DFS sales person who I discussed the sofa with. The Sofa took around 4/5 weeks to be made and delivered. I was kept informed at all times. I have now received the sofa, delivered on time by two friendly delivery drivers who kept me informed of the time of arrival.

We bought two sofas from DFS last… We bought two sofas from DFS last December 2018. One of the sofas collapsed completely and the sofa dragged off the floor when we used the recliner. After 3 visits from staff. The manager of DFS Stevenage agreed to exchange the sofas. We had to buy a more expensive set of furniture. 2x recliners and 1 sofa.
