Dec 31, 2014 · my tm line problem for months and no solution after report to cfm, they help me push tm till the problem solved but make sure you report your problem to digi first and get ur report number put it on your complain so that they know you have already try to consult with them and also cc your email to digi too (if using email)

I tried using my other family member's DiGi line recently to call the helpline and it demanded that I key in the line owner's last 4 digit of his I/C number before I could speak to a customer service operator. How am I supposed to know that? If I use another network line to call into Digi I'll be incurred off-net charges with long wait times.

In cheng area especially cheng perdana melaka why the digi line service is so poor. I complain for so many times but no action taken. My handphone always show no service or only one small line instead of full line. I suggest if digi cant provide better service to people, ask your boss to close up digi. I am planning to change to red one.
