Mar 27, 2011 · I haven't bothered calling support at this stage. By the time you get through, a router reboot has fixed the problem - and wait times are much less than "the other mob". I am using VoIP and have not had problems with calls dropping out. My wife has been seeing the problem it more often but I think most of her problems might have been Wi-Fi related.
