Even one star is very high for Direct… Even one star is very high for Direct Save Telecom. It should be negative 10 star. I called 2 days after switching date & it took one hour & six minutes before I spoke to someone. My Broadband did not switch on even after 10 days. Therefore, have cancelled my contract. What a waste of time.
