Oct 12, 2017 · Directv like most companies does not have a "complaint" department. They have customer care which handles many things, including complaints. Cell phone number, using shipper UPS, or store return is for AT&T equipment only, not Directv. Sounds like you were speaking to the wrong side of the company, which unfortunately is not a one-off occurrence.
