May 11, 2017 · DirecTV has gone to the dogs. I first started using DTV in the Summer of 1992 and was mostly satisfied for 20 years but of late they show the character of a cheat on a carnival midway.

Oct 13, 2017 · Directv like most companies does not have a "complaint" department. They have customer care which handles many things, including complaints. Cell phone number, using shipper UPS, or store return is for AT&T equipment only, not Directv.

I love Directv. Looking online I See tons of complaints but not really considering they have 16 million customers. I had Dish with their 120 music channels, Dish Earth and a ton of other stupid channels and Directv is much much better in terms of programming (where else can you get SUNDAY TICKET?)4.1/5(23)
