I don't have an issue what so ever with direct tv, in fact I like to support their business.. HOWEVER I do have issue with the installers.. Unfortunately I do not have direct tv, but yesterday, arriving home, there is a dish mount literally over my front door and tried calling to have it remove, relocated.. same day I call customer service and was placed on hold.. hours later, disconnected..4.1/5(23)

Unhappy customer. Have had nothing but problems with AT&T/DirecTV. Then they have their nerve on 9/3/19 of sending me a notice that my bill is due. My bill is due on the 5 or 6 of Sept. Take care of your customers and don't worry about when their bill is due.
