I upgraded to the new genie 2 and have not been happy with it probably from day 1. The picture freezes constantly the remote is slow my husband thought it was him because he thought being a new system he was not pressing the right button.

Your complaints about this are puzzling because you make it sound like this is only an issue on the genie 2. It’s not.

Oct 12, 2017 · Directv like most companies does not have a "complaint" department. They have customer care which handles many things, including complaints. Cell phone number, using shipper UPS, or store return is for AT&T equipment only, not Directv. Sounds like you were speaking to the wrong side of the company, which unfortunately is not a one-off occurrence.
