Sep 17, 2014 · Read this post from the Attorney General of Michigan, Its my understanding he might have had jail time or at least probation in New Hampshire or somewhere on the east coast. The original “Planet Mobility” was closed from fraud and lawsuits. He reopened as “Discover My Mobility” or “Discover Your Mobility” This guys should be shut down.

They offered free shipping too, so I was very excited. What I received was a super heavy scooter that took me 2 days to get out of the box as I waited for a neighbor's assistance. The seat was not adjustable and my husband could not even get on the scooter because the fixed foot rests didn't allow for any clearance of his legs.
