Jul 27, 2016 · Discovery insist they want a Nappi Code. The orthotist assures me that there are no Nappi codes, only procedure codes. I have phoned Discovery on this issue four times and am going nowhere. Believe it or not I have now found out that Discovery has duplicated procedure codes all over the place hence they are unable to trace what is going on.
