Disney are actually very good with complaints, ive not done one after the event, but dis complain at City Hall one time for what I considered to be a big deal, I was offered Park Hoppers for our entire group with a 2 yr validity. I cant really see them offering a refund, but id have thought a free return visit (Park Access)is a possibility, depends how hard you want to push.

My husband and I decided to take our three little boys 7yrs, 5yrs and 2yrs to a lifetime trip to Disneyland Paris, however their excitement was short lived.

I’ve been lucky enough to have now visited 4 of the parks (Paris, Orlando, California & Tokyo) and by far the best was the Tokyo one, even out shining the america parks.
