Don't get me wrong, Disney is an amazing place and they do many, many things right. There was just so much wrong about this last trip that I can't stop thinking that something at Disney is going very wrong and I would actually question another return visit. Jun 23, 2017 · I find it's better to tell Disney about a problem you're having when you are actually there, it's the most effective. But I did email them a week or so after my trip when I realized what I thought were mosquito bites were actually bed bug bites. I wasn't looking for compensation, just wanted to alert them so they could check out our rooms.
