Sep 26, 2009 · Best Answer: I've never heard that term before. Did you perhaps get a conditional discharge when you were convicted? If so, then it likely means that this conviction will be removed from your record in October 2011, provided you have abided by any terms of the conviction and stayed out of trouble otherwise.
