I went to this dollar general store and purchased and exchange tank took the propaine tank home, both me and my neighbor tried to attach the tank and it did not fit, I went back to the store 10511 and the manager on duty told me she would not exchange the tank or refund my money and that I would have to go to american gas which was closed.

The structure of the company is not good, there are times if you are a mod that you will be by yourself for a couple hours a day here and there and there is usually only 2 people working at all times a manager and a cashier so no matter how busy it gets you have to assist customers around the store and on the register while also having goals to meet everyday.3/5(6.4K)

Mar 18, 2011 · I was in a Dollar General store tonight with a friend of mine and we were harassed and basically run out of the store. One of the people causing the problem was the manager so I'm not sure who to complain about this to. I don't want to go into much detail about this. just wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of who to call.
