May 11, 2015 · Double Diamond resorts are nice. The Cliffs is a wonderful place in a great location. However, Double Diamond - Delaware, Inc. and its numerous umbrella companies, are the worst resort management organization of any resort I have ever been associated with or am aware of in this country.

A Diamond managed resort is usually… A Diamond managed resort is usually nice, a affiliated resort is always a guess. DR sales people are very high pressure and often not quite honest. Love to present half truths. Can not stay at a resort without being pressured to do an update (read buy more points) which have proven very unpleasant the last two times.

Diamond resorts sales has only gotten worse and worse and we are Platinum members already. They high pressure you and when you don't agree to things immediately they become angry and combative. There is no clear way to get a hold of people and they don't return your calls or emails.
