The hotel is nice but definitely upgrade the room, the pickup Van's and shuttles are older but dont let that fool you. OCC is cutting edge. ICU RN here, and I can tell you they have all the proper stuff plus! Dr Ariel Ortiz came and sat down for about 10 minutes to answer questions and explain the procedure. I was really skeptical because all I had read were so positive and like you, was concerned how it could all be so great. My girlfriend who accompanied me and I agreed if anything seemed shady or off in any way, we were going to just leave!
