I filed a dispute with the credit card company and they looked into it and told me the dispute was closed because dri www elements info said the charge was legit and that it was for some software.

Yep, had the same thing happen to me, a $69 charge from “DRI*WWW ELEMENTS.INFO elements.info MN” dated 05/15/2013 Called my credit card company and had them cancel the billing and my card. If you Google the above item that’s in quotes you will dredge up the most amazing number of complaints which all follow the same general pattern.
