I had booked 10 drive lessons classes and paid £114.95 over phone in 07/JULY/2016. Drive Dynamics was not able to find instructor. So I have called for them to refund the money. The customer service person has asked to me email for refund. Hence, I have emailed so many time, called more than 4 times (each time I waited 40 mins avg to get person).

I absolutely don't understand how that happened - when the instructor is saying that he's not covering my area and yet Drive Dynamics paid to him. If Drive Dynamics has listened to my complaints earlier, this won't happen at all!. Don't try to get away by blaming the instructor and the terms and conditions.
