Dunster House - your job was to deliver to my driveway - that was your problem to solve which you couldn’t do because - you sent a truck instead. First purchase from Dunster House and will definitely look at using them again. Did many weeks of on-line research comparing various Companies who manufactured/supplied "Corner Summer Houses" and Dunster House were the most competitive, especially considering the high specification of their 44mm log/double glazed options.

My Patio Door from Dunster House does not work and they have ignored my complaint - even to their chairman. Their custemenr service is not worthy of the name as whether or not the problem was in any way my fault, they have washed their hands of the issue, saying "We sell hundreds of PVCu window and door products each year without any issue" - that is a lie: just look on the web!Author: Cheriko

Customer Services needs to be improved dramatically. For their own reasons, they do not take calls. E-mails only. The majority of complaints from customers that I have seen are regarding either Sales Teams (quotes/Delivery dates) or Customer Services. May 13, 2011 · Hi I too bought from Dunster house and have never regretted anything so much. I ordered a cabin for £3100, the sales person said he would come back on a couple of technical issues, he never called back and we had to make a100 mile round trip to sort out.

Our summer house came from Dunster House. We bought straight from the website because the specs seemed so good and we were not disappointed. It was easy to erect, very solid and sturdy, keeps a good temperature and although not soundproof it certainly dulls the sound of my sons music ventures.

Jun 01, 2013 · WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM DUNSTER HOUSE! I bought a Dunster cabin and had it installed in 2010. The roof leaked after 1 year. I complained and managed to get them to put a new roof on. 1 year later in August 2012 the roof leaked again.
