After seeing all the other similar complaints, it\'s plain to see they just don\'t care. Ridiculous! I stayed on hold for almost an hour before I could speak to a customer service representative. She was no help at all and refused to adjust the bill, even though I had signed for a 6 month fixed rate plan. I wish I had read those other reviews before I signed with Dynowatt. Also Dynowatt must be trying to do "damage control" with all their complaints to Govenors Office & PUC, by lowering their offer rates. We were not notified that they Merged with Accent Energy. They said they mailed out the information to all their customers last year, but I have yet to find one customer that received the information.
