we have used them a few times in last 2 years, super friendly and reliable. They always give us a free car seats for our kids which is really helpful. Also very fast to collect the car, not more than 2 minutes and we are on the road to Cavtat - unlike our friends who booked their car together with flight tickets and had to wait almost 2 hours to get the car at AVIS.
