May 19, 2019 · As soon as I saw the pending $1.00 from EMI and the $1.95 charges from Easy Saver I looked them up and found out what happened. I called their customer service number [protected] and spoke to Linda. She was very nice and helpful and assured me that the $1.95 would be credited to my card within 1-2 billing cycles.

Jul 21, 2008 · The charges were only $1 to American Leisure and $1 to Easy Saver but I figured it was just a trial run and the next charges would be much higher. I called immediately the 800 number listed on my bank account for the charging company Easy Saver and got recording after recording that all agents were busy and eventually it dropped the call and hung up.

My complaint is against Easy Saver Rewards which I was duped into joining when I went on to proflowers.com to order Flowers for a friend. I used my Bank of America credit card account to make the purchase back in October 2009. The total amount "stolen" from me by Easy Saver unfortunately totals $106.60. $14.95 for 7 months plus $1.95.

Dec 28, 2009 · I found the unauthorized charges by stopping use of the credit card and the charge being the only one left. This is complete fraud and theft. The charge comes through as Easy Saver or EMI Encore Marketing. Call 800-444-9491 to have the charges removed.
