Yet both Ebuyer.com and Lenovo UK and Ireland refuse to acknowledge the issue! Latest response from Ebuyer's complaints department states: "We do feel that this wouldn’t be a fault with a touch pad and this is why our Returns Team were unable to replicate the fault you were reporting when they tested it for you", not even an apology!

Dec 29, 2014 · Yep, given a choice between Amazon, ebuyer or expansys I'd rather go with Amazon. All 3 are fine if item is ok, but if item is faulty then ebuyer & expansys can be a nightmare to deal with. Amazon will offer a no quibbles refund or replacement, no hassles.

Bought a gift card from Amazon, it was a bad mistake. Bought a gift card, they canceled without even emailing me, so the person who it was for never received, found out about this after 10 days, emailed them, called them for another 4 days to get my money back, very big disappointment, although there were occations that they do very well, but this was a very big let down

Aug 31, 2019 · I also noticed it says this model is discontinued on both Ebuyer and the Iiyama site. I've now had enough but Ebuyer say my warranty is with Iiyama as it's over 30 days old, and they would only try for a repair with Repairtech. Repairtech say all they do is take faulty ones in and cannibalize them, which certainly hasn't worked for me.
