After my trip, based on option I bought from eDreams, I asked eDreams to refund the fee I paid to Delta (about 800 USD for 2 people) for the date change. EDreams reaction was very unattentive. The first 6 months, there was a very slow response (after several emails, they finally asked to send supporting document which I did).

On the other hand eDreams informed that they have cancelled it. This is crazy. Flights are getting more and more expensive all the time while we are waiting for our money back to use some other company and we are the offers. I have read same kind of experiences in Internet of eDreams. So, at least we won't book tickets from them any more.

Took more than 30 minutes to get through… Took more than 30 minutes to get through which isn't the person handling the call's fault. Once through, the customer service team member I spoke to was helpfull to an extent and clear but I did request for an email to be sent regarding the refund and that the full amount would be refunded but was sent a generic email regarding the refund.
