Jun 20, 2019 · Edreams is the worst company. They send me two different prices of ticket (when I made reservation and wheh they confirmed reservation). I asked for my inovice, but they sent me 7 dys the same message: I am sorry for the inconvenience caused we request you to please wait for 72 hours I am escalating this case to our relevant department and they will assist your query. or: Please wait 24 hours.

Edreams is the worst booking site I have ever come across. We had flights booked and they cancelled them on us without notification. We had originally booked and they wanted us to send copies of our passports and both sides of our credit cards.

I bought Transaero flights from London to Moscow for October 2015. Transaero went into liquidation and the flights were cancelled. My bank statement says clearly that my payment was made to eDreams. I have phoned and emailed eDreams a total of 24 times, but I have got no further with getting a refund.

They could only send the ticket within 24hrs which did not work for my due to the timeframe. I've cancelled the ticket with them and booked with British Airways which by the way issued the ticket immediately. The R13540 was reversed to my bank on the 10th however on Wednedsay the 12th Edreams debited my account again with the amount of R13540.1.1/5(83)
