Feb 18, 2014 · I have filed three complaints that have been dismissed and in dismissing the complaints, eeoc dealt with issues that i didnt complain about. For example, I filed a complaint on sexual harassment, but eeoc dismissed my case with discrimination based on sex reasons. These are two distinct cases.
