I ordered a phone from this Company (order 5792274) but the phone was not as described on their website. I immediately informed them (via email and website form) that the phone wasn't as described hoping that I could exchange it for a different phone. Their policy is to respond within 1 to 2 days. Over a week later I've not had a reply despite repeatedly filling in their contact form.

Dec 12, 2012 · Eglobal Electronics. This is the most dishonest site on the Web. They do not honor paid for Warranties, or RMAs. I purchased a Tablet Android 4.2 and they sent me a 2.2. When I complained they sent me a RMA, and made me pay $24.00 for the exchange after I already bought their Warranty.
