We also want El Cid Vacations Club to stop any further collection activity through any of its offices and/or affiliates whether in Mexico or in the USA. We have not used the club yet and we do not intend to use it at all.

Our sales person was a man named Rui Veloso I don't know if it's his real name because of all the lies he told us. Maybe his name is also untrue as everything he presented to us when selling us this membership that is worth nothing.
