Very poor insurance for your pet. Very poor insurance for your pet. They pay for virtually nothing. Left me with a huge debt due to my dogs illness. Please read all their small print before you buy the insurance, you will find your covered for very little. They have an overall 1 star rating on this site for a reason!

The call out was £180 but E&L would only pay £15 towards my costs The total cost was £410 worth every penny for my dog not to suffer . But for E&L I would not touch them with a barge pole . I would rather put £20 a month into a bank account towards my pet Insurance and save it myself.

Our puppy died unexpectedly aged only 17 months, the vet did not know why and put the cause of death as unknown.
