Mar 15, 2007 · This is the best way to manage and repair your business reputation. Hiding negative complaints is only a Band-Aid. Consumers want to see how a business took care of business. All business will get complaints. How those businesses take care of those complaints is what separates good businesses from the rest.

I have made complaints to Embarq but they never did anything. If there was another choice of a phone company in our area available, we would change phone companies in a heart beat. Also, their Embarq so called High Speed Internet sucks too. It's slower than dial up. I hope Embarq see this, I want them to know how bad their company is.

It ranked 12th out of 16 providers analyzed in the Federal Communication Commission’s (FCC) 2018 report for actual-to-advertised speed performance. 1 That’s not great.
