Just finished a loan process with Embrace; I would never, under any circumstance recommend them. They don' t have a clue as to what they are doing. At first everything was OK; then at the 11th hour they had all these BS conditions.

I agree with all the posted complaints. Embrace is just one big ripoff. They take your $375.00 and do not keep in contact with you. Once my appraisal came back the loan specialist did not contact me to say he had received it and the appraisal came back less then expected. Embrace must only approve loans for the rich and not the middle class people.
