My emerald card was hacked and $1100 was withdrawn. They will not refund my money. I can’t even talk to anyone about what I should do or the next steps to take. I reported the fraud immediately. I trusted emerald card and H&R Block. They said this was safe and could be used as a checking account. My pay check and bills come out of this account.
