Apr 10, 2018 · I have had my emergency savings account with ED for about two years and have no complaints. The money is transferred to the account and I forget about it, which is good. My only issue was contacting customer service via an email and got an answer that didn't answer my question. Oh well. Other than that, can't complain. (03/24/2008) By Ed
