They lack the education required to represent a college. Their lack of professionalism and education is an embarrassment to the Instructors who want to be taken seriously. Upper management is a disorganized mess. They need to retire. The only thing CDI cares about is grabbing money from students Very low pay and not compensated for time worked.5/5

CDI College is a nice place to work, they management is very good and very flexible. It is always very nice to deal with the students and change their lives. the hardest part is when you fail a student and try to convince them that this is not the right career and not the right course for them.3.4/5(102)

The people actually doing the work are great! Direct mgmt realize what it takes to get a job done and works well with everyone. Upper mgmt manages based on their bonus, they will send people home for extended periods of time instead of offering training time, etc. Benefits are gut wrenching, you can find better insurance with a private company at the same price.3.6/5(568)

Jan 21, 2009 · The placement I was referring to was not getting a job after I graduated, it was the clinical placement that was part of the course (practicum). It WAS their job to get that placement for me, but it took them forever (no doubt because of what a bad reputation CDI college has, which is no doubt why they changed their name to Everest).
