May 18, 2011 · EMTC Inc. fails to respond to customer service requests I ordered batteries from this company and one was bad and is under warranty. I've sent four requests to EMTC Inc.(they do not post a phone number) and they have failed to respond to all request.

I contacted EMTC by email via their website and received no response to my complaint. Based on the other complaints i've seen on this website and others regarding EMTC - i guess i'm not surprised. Do not buy from these people!!!
